Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Processing Time: Each piece is handmade with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be available on select promotions or minimum order amounts.

Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days once shipped. International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and location.

Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we want to ensure you love what you receive.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

​

Non-Returnable Items: Commissioned artwork and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

​

Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

​

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed as store credit within 5–7 business days.
